As a creative development executive, I rose to Vice President of Global Store Development for Polo Ralph Lauren by creating compelling visual merchandising and in-store designs that reflect brand message, design aesthetic, and market trends. In my 20-year career, I have designed and executed numerous store, showroom, and brand concepts that increased sales, revamped designs for changing markets, and improved global consistency.

Being a business leader, I also envision, create, and implement new strategies to achieve ever-higher standards for in-store shops and displays. I am proactive and intuitive, leveraging my 20+ years of experience to identify and respond to emerging needs and trends. The leader of global teams, operations, and multi-million-dollar projects, I build and develop talent, pioneer new business operations, and develop best practice project management methods and business processes to maximize impact while reducing costs.

Over the last year my private interior design firm became an important focus with projects ranging from decorating to full interior renovations. My extensive years at Ralph Lauren have allowed me to explore and refine multiple types of designs. I excel at combing and updating client’s aesthetics while creating truly unique spaces.
